Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment across multiple clinics. You will administer TMS and Spravato therapy, prepare devices, review treatment details with patients, monitor safety, take vitals, and secure informed consent.

The role includes documentation, scheduling, and basic insurance knowledge, with a strong patient-centric focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training provided as needed.
• Customer service experience and patient-centric approach preferred.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical protocols.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment and review meds with patients.
• Monitor patient safety and document treatment sessions.
• Take vitals and collect informed consent forms.
• Document information for REMS monitoring after sessions.
• Schedule treatments and assist with front-office tasks.
