Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to administer TMS and Spravato therapy, supervise patient care, and support administrative tasks across multiple clinics. Training will be provided for therapy administration and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers and basic life support certification.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy according to guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication & treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy during treatments.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatment.
• Obtain informed consent before treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after Spravato sessions.
• Record and document treatment session notes and progress.
• Greet patients warmly to create a comfortable environment.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
