Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring a TMS Technician to provide direct care to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). The role involves administering and managing clinical services under physician direction, with patient interaction and office support responsibilities.

The position offers full-time hours, starting at $21.75 hourly plus quarterly bonus potential, and requires in-office presence at Bloomfield Hills, MI. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of healthcare experience
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred
• BLS and CPR certified
• Strong communication and detail orientation

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) procedures and scheduling.
• Handle TMS-related calls and patient inquiries.
• Manage patient information, prior authorizations, and schedule initial consultations.
• Maintain clinic workflow and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Travel within the region may be required to provide coverage as needed.
