Job summary

LifeStance Health in Bloomfield Hills, MI seeks a TMS Technician to provide direct care to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation under physician supervision. You will administer and manage clinical services, interact with patients, and assist with office tasks.

Starting at $21.75/hour plus quarterly bonus potential, the role requires MA certification, healthcare experience, and strong communication. Occasional regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Two or more years of healthcare experience.
• BLS and CPR certified.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Experience operating a medical/mechanical device.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss TMS procedures and provide clear information.
• Handle TMS-related calls and schedule initial consultations.
• Review and manage insurance information and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate care with internal and external clinicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic prep and workflow.
• Ensure TMS equipment and chair are clean between patients.
• Travel within region to provide coverage as needed.
