LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician in Elmhurst, IL to provide direct patient care during Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) sessions and support the clinic team.

The role involves coordinating patient communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks in the Electronic Health Record, with a focus on accurate documentation and patient care quality. The position offers a starting wage of $22.75 per hour, plus quarterly bonus/incentive potential, and requires

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Two or more years of healthcare experience required.
• BLS and CPR certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Experience operating a medical/mechanical device.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients during Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) sessions and support clinic workflow.
• Process insurance information, prior authorizations, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient forms and documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Maintain TMS equipment and clinic hygiene; ensure patient comfort during treatment.
• Coordinate care with clinicians and assist travel within region as needed.
