Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician in Vernon Hills, IL to support in-office Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services under physician direction. The role focuses on patient care, scheduling, and administrative tasks within a growing mental health practice.

Starting pay is $22.75 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses; the position requires healthcare experience, CMA certification preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. Travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred with BLS/CPR certification.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management.
• Experience operating a medical or mechanical device.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during TMS procedures and support clinic workflow.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, calls, and initial consultations.
• Assist with insurance information, prior authorizations, and EHR paperwork.
• Maintain TMS equipment cleanliness and patient comfort.
• Assist with regional travel to cover services as needed.
