Job summary

LifeStance Health in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a TMS Technician to provide direct care for patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. You will work under a physician to administer and manage clinical services, interacting regularly with patients and handling in-office tasks.

The role focuses on delivering breakthrough depression treatment, coordinating care, and maintaining efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Two or more years of healthcare experience.
• BLS and CPR certified.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to data management software.
• Experience operating a medical/mechanical device.
• Strong communication skills and detailed oriented.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss TMS procedures and ensure understanding.
• Handle TMS-related calls, provide information and assistance.
• Assess eligibility of new patients for TMS and schedule initial consultation.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries related to payment.
• Facilitate payment collections and address outstanding balances.
• Provide administrative support and manage insurance information per protocol.
• Prepare and upload new patient paperwork to the chart.
