Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a TMS Operator (Construction) to administer TMS treatments and provide operational support in a fully onsite setting in Eden Prairie, MN. The role follows a 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule and requires at least 1 year of medical office experience.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working with the TMS team to ensure compassionate, patient-focused care in a behavioral health environment.

As a TMS Operator at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for for administering TMS treatments and providing operational support to the TMS team. This role includes operating TMS equipment, coordinating medication-related services, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and protocols. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a mental health environment.
Compensation: This is a non-exempt position. The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00-$24.00. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Employees in this position are W2.
