The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician and Medical Assistant is responsible for administering TMS therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician or psychiatrist. This role involves preparing patients for treatment, operating the TMS device in accordance with established protocols, monitoring patient response during sessions, and maintaining accurate, HIPAA‑compliant documentation. The TMS Technician ensures patient comfort and safety throughout the treatment process while providing a supportive and compassionate environment. The technician may also assist with the administration of Spravato and the collection of vital signs (blood pressure and pulse oximetry).
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to work independently in a clinical setting. Additional duties include patient lead follow up, and assisting the physician with submitting prior authorizations for TMS, Spravato, and routine medication prescriptions.

This position will primarily work out of the Waynesville, Missouri clinic, but may require travel to other clinics in the region as needed. Normal business hours are M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; however, we may occasionally need availability from 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (with techs working 8‑hour shifts within that 12‑hour window). Our hours of operation are flexible and vary depending on our patients' needs, including occasional weekends.
