Job summary

Bank of Hope in New York is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to partner with the Treasury Management Sales Officer on client proposals and pricing analyses, building materials and plans for client engagement.

You will understand clients' cash management objectives, coordinate with product partners, and help manage pipeline from proposal to implementation. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential, with Korean as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or finance.
• Three+ years of banking and treasury experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales Officer on client proposals and pricing analyses.
• Prepare relationship review materials, pitch books, and account plans for client calls.
• Understand clients' Treasury cash management structures and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Learn competitors’ products and market positioning.
• Support the sales cycle and ensure timely pricing and service setup.
• Assist with post-sale implementation and pricing accuracy.

Job description

• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability models
• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research
• Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions
• Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & market
• Work with the TMSO’s throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billing

Education/Credentials

Prior Experience

• Three+ years’ relevant banking and treasury experience

• Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures

• Interest in working with experienced Treasury partners to recognize a client's cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions

The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
