Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Reston, VA seeks a patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies across Northern Virginia. The role includes patient care, documentation, and travel to Ashburn and Fairfax centers as needed.

Applicants should have a healthcare background and strong communication skills. The position is full-time with shifts roughly 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday, in a regional, travel‑required role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with healthcare experience preferred.
• Travel to multiple centers in Northern Virginia is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines and monitor responses.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
• Extensive regional travel to Reston and other Northern Virginia centers.
