Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Columbia, MD seeks a patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies at our Towson center, with occasional regional coverage as needed.

You will monitor patient responses, record scales, manage scheduling and billing tasks, and support empathetic care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The role offers full-time hours, weekday shifts, and a path to growth through specialized training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus medical assistant certification or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD/Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines a plus.
• Strong clinical interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine therapies per clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing tasks.
• Provide empathetic patient care and address discomfort while ensuring safety.
