Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related filed, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and complex ambulatory or specialty practice operations Minimum 5 years of experience with revenue cycle management, practice management systems, and Epic/CareConnect Strong financial, analytical, and operational management skills Experience developing workflows, policies, and operational improvement initiatives Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related filed
