Job summary

UCLA Health's Neuromodulation Division is seeking a TMS Clinical & Research Services Manager to lead daily operations for TMS and related research programs. This role oversees staff, develops policies, and drives financial performance, reporting to senior leadership on capacity and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing staff and ambulatory/specialty operations.
• 5+ years with revenue cycle management, practice management systems, and Epic/CareConnect.
• Strong financial, analytical, and operational management skills.
• Experience developing workflows, policies, and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for TMS and clinical research service areas.
• Supervise operational and research support teams and provide leadership across multiple functions.
• Develop, implement, and standardize operational policies and procedures.
• Manage complex revenue cycle activities, billing operations, and financial performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership on capacity planning, resource allocation, and program growth initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational performance improvement efforts.
• Analyze operational data and develop solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience

Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and complex ambulatory or specialty practice operations

Minimum 5 years of experience with revenue cycle management, practice management systems, and Epic/CareConnect

Strong financial, analytical, and operational management skills

Experience developing workflows, policies, and operational improvement initiatives
