Job summary

Neuro Wellness Spa is seeking a TMS Technician to oversee and coordinate Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation services, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations. You will manage schedules, operate TMS devices, monitor outcomes, and train new technicians while maintaining compliance with policies and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with patient care or customer service preferred.
• Experience with anxiety/depression patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate TMS appointments.
• Administer TMS treatments per physician protocols and monitor patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records in DrChrono and OutcomesAI.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
