Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum three years in healthcare, patient-facing customer service, or a related field.
• Previous client- or patient-facing customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations during training.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily TMS treatments following clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and scheduling information in EMR and other systems.
• Coordinate patient treatment schedules and support efficient patient flow.
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to patients and families.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Complete required training and certification for TMS procedures.
