Qualifikationen

• Call center or dispatching experience preferred.
• Ability to operate software platforms and web-based applications.
• Must pass a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Rotating shifts including overnights are required.

Aufgaben

• Dispatch and coordinate SHEP patrollers for roadside assistance.
• Monitor ITS equipment and CCTV for incidents.
• Log events using traffic management software.
• Communicate with DOT and law enforcement via radio/phone.
• Provide clear and accurate information to motorists and staff.
