Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking an Overnight Travel TMA Driver (Non-CDL) for full-time work in Columbia, SC. You’ll operate a street sweeper on assigned routes, navigate urban environments, and support public safety and environmental services.

This role requires 51%+ travel, 3rd shift hours, and a valid driver’s license with a good MVR. The position offers hourly pay, weekly earnings, and a path to a first pay increase after six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving preferred.
• License: Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure safety features work before starting route.
• Execution: Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted time with quality and attention to detail.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate street sweeper and related equipment; follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and dispose per procedures.
• Reporting: Report issues, malfunctions, or injuries promptly to management.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional conduct with team, supervisors, and clients.
