Job summary

McGough is seeking a Project Manager - Technology & Life Sciences (TLS) to lead highly technical TLS projects including semiconductors, pharma, biotech, and cleanrooms.

You will coordinate design and construction of complex MEP and control systems, mentor engineers, and align facility performance with client manufacturing goals. This role requires strong engineering or owner-side experience and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management with strong technical background.
• 4+ years managing complex TLS or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Experience with cleanroom construction, process systems, and regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and integration with manufacturing processes.
• Experience collaborating with owner/client engineering or operations teams.
• Excellent communication between engineering and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large TLS projects from concept through turnover.
• Coordinate process systems, cleanrooms, and critical utilities with client needs.
• Drive schedule certainty, cost control, and quality in mission-critical environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster internal capabilities in TLS delivery.
• Support business development and client relationships in life sciences markets.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation for turnover.
