Job summary

McGough Construction seeks a Project Manager – Technology & Life Sciences to lead complex TLS projects from concept to turnover. You will coordinate process systems, cleanrooms, and critical utilities while aligning facility design with client manufacturing needs and regulatory standards.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 4+ years of TLS project experience, and excellent communication between engineering and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in regulated

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related) or Construction Management with strong technical background.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex TLS projects in Technology, Life Sciences, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with cleanroom construction, process systems, and critical environments.
• Strong communication skills translating between engineering and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage TLS projects from concept through commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate integration of process systems, cleanrooms, and critical utilities.
• Ensure design aligns with client manufacturing/process requirements and regulatory standards.
• Drive project execution focusing on schedule certainty, cost control, and quality in high-risk environments.
• Support business development and client relationships in life sciences markets.
