The administrative operations lead supports Academic Success Centers through email and phone communication, event scheduling, supply procurement, and external communications, while also providing backup support for the reception area.
TLC-specific duties include overseeing TLC facilities and technology, coordinating scheduling, monitoring operations in the tutoring spaces, and supporting both staff and the assistant director. The TLC Administrative Assistant also assists TLC student staff with maintaining a high level of professionalism among undergraduate peer educators.
This is a 75% appointment, with a full-time (100%) work schedule during the academic year and no work obligation during the summer months.
Academic Success Administrative Operations lead serves the Academic and Career Advising Center (ACAC), the Disability Resource Center (DRC), the Office of International Education (OIE) and the Tutoring-Learning Center (TLC). This position manages internal and external operational needs for the suite and serves as the primary support for the Tutoring-Learning Center.
The position is a 0.75 FTE academic year appointment. Starting hourly rate $19.14, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications. Eligible UW staff receive a comprehensive benefits package.
