Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) seeks an EXL TK/K Instructor to deliver engaging, play-based learning for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten in after-school programs. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports social-emotional growth, early literacy, independence, and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or passing an Instructional Aide exam.
• Experience with young children in educational or childcare settings.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Ability to positively supervise and engage groups of young children.
• Proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and program documentation systems.
• Criminal background clearance, TB clearance, Mandated Reporter certification, and trainings completed.
• Ability to work after-school hours through mid-June.
