Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a Junior Rangers Club Leader to help provide a safe, fun learning environment for TK and Junior Rangers. This part-time, non-exempt position supports clubs of up to 10 participants across multiple LA-area sites, with afternoon hours and flexible shifts.

You will develop engaging activities aligned with social-emotional learning, track attendance, build relationships with youth and staff, and assist with field trips and materials.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with youth and families.
• Experience supporting or supervising youth is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for TK and Junior Rangers.
• Lead age-appropriate, engaging activities aligned with social-emotional learning.
• Monitor attendance and participant engagement.
• Build positive relationships with youth, families, and staff.
• Assist with events and field trips as needed.
