Job summary

Vitu, a leading innovator in Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology, is hiring a Registration Processing Specialist onsite in California. The role focuses on document handling, DMV policy verification, and accurate processing of title and registration paperwork.

You will work closely with dealerships, audit filings, and provide phone and chat support while maintaining a clean driving record and valid driver’s license as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with DMV policies and procedures preferred.
• Experience with DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to title and registration processing.
• Able to train others and communicate with high-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Process title transactions in the VITU Portal efficiently.
• Maintain constant contact with dealerships about errors, missing documents, and due dates.
• Audit paperwork against DMV policies and notify dealerships and DMV as required.
• Access customer data to print required paperwork.
• Provide phone and online chat support to clients and resolve audit issues.
• Facilitate movement of paperwork from client to DMV and back to the end customer.
