Job summary

Vitu in Wilmington, OH is seeking a detail-oriented associate to join the DDI Duplicate Title team. You will help file duplicate title applications for lenders, ensuring state and county requirements are met and paperwork is accurate to avoid DMV rejections.

Responsibilities include handling high volumes, collaborating with teammates, following procedures, using proprietary research and data-entry software, and maintaining compliance. Occasional overtime or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with peers to manage resources and enhance work processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Adhere to established procedures when signing off, shipping documents, and similar activities.
• Use company proprietary software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
