Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Tag and Title Clerk in Langhorne, PA. The role handles driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, and related inquiries, while actively promoting AAA memberships and services.

The position requires prior sales and customer service experience, familiarity with motor vehicle title systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Notary designation or ability to obtain within six months is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience, with ability to drive results.
• Notary Public designation or the ability to obtain and maintain within six months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
• Answer inquiries about state regulations on driver license and titling/registration.
• Upsell and cross-sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes.
• Backup cashiering and IDEMIA services as applicable.
