Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an experienced full-time Tag & Title Coordinator in Warrington, PA. You will process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications, oversee title clerks, and ensure timely submission to state authorities.

The role offers a base hourly pay of $19.15 to $24.50, eligibility for incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, holidays, and training reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Required sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role, with a focus on accuracy and result.
• Prior working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system and/or prior experience in tag and title work is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficient with multiple websites and programs for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Successful completion of required training workshops for Title Service Agents.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
• Provide guidance on state regulations for licensing and titling.
• Lead and mentor title clerks and ensure accurate title processing.
• Prepare applications for submission to state authorities and maintain submission schedules.
• Research and resolve discrepancies on rejected or erroneous submissions.
• Upsell and cross-sell AAA products such as memberships, cards, and insurance referrals.
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes and assist in cashiering/IDEMIA tasks when needed.
