Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a Title Support Specialist to join the Retail team in Townpark Kennesaw, GA. The role supports the Title Administrator with lien releases, title corrections, audits, and substitution of collateral for Yamaha financed collateral.

Responsibilities include processing through the title vendor portal, handling daily call volume, updating the correction queue, and communicating with DOT/DMV and dealers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Title support background preferred.
• Knowledge of Pre-Delivery Payment (PDP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the release of Yamaha liens on collateral that has been paid in full according to Yamaha policy.
• Utilize the title vendor portal to monitor title status and complete lien releases and related tasks.
• Assist with inbound and outbound daily call volume to support internal and external customers.
• Review and update the daily correction queue in the Title Vendor portal.
• Assist with title audits, VIN corrections, and substitution of collateral as required.
• Communicate with Department of Transportation, DMV offices and dealers as needed.
