Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA in Kennesaw, GA seeks a Credit Analyst II to join our Finance team. You will complete customer due diligence, conduct financial analyses, and manage documentation for large Yamaha dealerships with complex structures and analysis needed.

You will structure transactions, assess risk, present findings to executives, develop tracking tools for workflow and JSOX compliance, and support portfolio risk management across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration required.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills expected.
• Experience with credit risk assessment and lending processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and risk assessment on medium/large prospect files and documentation.
• Structure complex transactions and negotiate credit documentation to mitigate risk.
• Conduct annual dealer reviews and assess risk to determine credit lines and conditions.
• Provide internal/external communication between sales, financial services, and prospects.
• Monitor portfolio, review changes in dealers, and determine security and documentation needs.
