• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews, call monitoring activities, and audits of internal and third-party servicing operations.
• Prepare detailed audit recaps including findings, trend analysis, root causes, and training recommendations.
• Gather, organize, and maintain documentation supporting examinations and audit requests.
• Partner with Compliance to respond to regulatory inquiries (CFPB, BBB).
• Track complaints requiring corrective action and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and analyze daily and monthly quality and complaint metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for business reviews highlighting trends and risks.
