What You’ll Do

• Support dealerships with title and registration questions by phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide guidance on compliance, accuracy, and process improvements.
• Work within state systems (MNDRIVE, Vitu, DLRdmv, etc.) and HubSpot CRM.
• Travel occasionally to client dealerships to deliver hands‑on support.
