Luther Automotive Group in Bloomington, MN seeks an experienced Title Admin to join its motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership titling experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

You will oversee titles and registrations for both new and used vehicle transactions, coordinate with lenders and DMV, and collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Finance, and Inventory to keep deals moving smoothly.

• Previous experience in vehicle titling, EVTR is a plus.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the processing of titles and registrations for new and used vehicle transactions, including in-state and out-of-state deals.
• Processing all license plate issuing and transfers
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submitting title and registration work.
• Obtain missing titles, lien releases, and required documentation from lenders, customers, dealerships, and other parties.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
• Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, Finance, and Inventory teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.
