Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Title Services Representative to drive successful real estate closings. You will coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion from file opening to recording.

In this role, you will manage contracts, title commitments, and closing documents, while monitoring timelines and maintaining organized files. You will mentor teammates and deliver exceptional service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in title, escrow, settlement, mortgage, or real estate transactions.
• Requires local travel within the assigned territory and Notary credentials.
• Strong understanding of closing processes, title clearance, funding, and recording.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract receipt through closing and post-closing.
• Review contracts, lender instructions, title commitments, and closing requirements for accuracy.
• Monitor timelines and coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and underwriters.
• Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, escrow instructions, and closing documents.
• Coordinate funding, disbursement, recording, and post-closing activities.
• Deliver exceptional service to agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and referrals.
• Mentor and support escrow assistants and team members.
