Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking a Business Development Representative to oversee real estate settlements and market title services in the designated territory. Under the direct supervision of the Title Branch Manager, you will build relationships with brokers, Realtors and lenders and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

You will develop leads, report activity, conduct closings, and offer real estate seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred.
• Notary Public Certification preferred; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, Real Estate brokerages, Realtors and lenders.
• Increase market share within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Company, as well as competitors’ products and services;
• Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan;
• Report business development and sales activity;
• Represent Sage Title in the market and at industry events;
• Promote open communication and mutually beneficial internal relationships;
• Conduct real estate closings;
• Offer real estate educational seminars for brokers and realtors;
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other duties as requested or assigned
