Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Manager, Title Services in Orlando to oversee operational area, drive strategic goals, and coach associates toward high service standards.

The role partners with internal teams to ensure efficiency, policy compliance including PII/PCI, and strong customer outcomes. Responsibilities include training, performance oversight, escalation management, and staying current with title/closing matters and legal changes affecting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal certificate or title agent license preferred.
• Strong people management and motivational skills.
• Understand title and closing related matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop associates to reflect service culture and goals.
• Oversee performance to maximize team effectiveness and customer impact.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve customer experience and productivity.
• Oversee resolution of escalations to mitigate risks and impacts.
• Stay informed on developments in legal matters and jurisdictional changes affecting title operations.
