Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando is seeking a Closer I for the Resort Optimization Initiative to ensure proper legal title passes to owners. You will prepare conveyance documents and review deeds, mortgages, and other instruments to convey title to owners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with deeds, mortgages, or conveyance documents is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews accounts to determine eligibility for preparation of conveyance documents.
• Creates deeds, mortgages, deeds of re-conveyance and other legal instruments as necessary.
• Reviews executed and/or recorded deeds, deed-backs or other legal instruments.
• Tracks chain of title and coordination with title agents when additional information is required.
• Updates systems of record and databases to indicate transfer is complete in Travel + Leisure Co. records.
• Communicates with owners, site personnel or external business partners as needed.
• Performs other duties as needed.
