The Manager, Title Services role leads the team to meet performance standards, coach staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and strong customer service. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of related experience with 3 in leadership, and 1–2 years in title/closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal certificate or title agent license preferred.
• 5 years of related experience; 3 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• 3 years in Legal, Financial Services, Sales Administration or Owner Care.
• 1–2 years experience in a title or closing field.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop associates to reflect the Wyndham Count on Me! service culture and achieve operational goals.
• Oversee individual and team performance to maximize effectiveness and customer impact.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve customer experience and productivity.
• Oversee resolution of escalations to mitigate risks and customer impact.
• Stay informed on new legal developments affecting title operations and ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
