TEWS, an Orlando-based employer, is seeking a detail-oriented Title Research & Closing Specialist to support real estate resale and closing transactions. The ideal candidate has hands-on title research or processing experience and a sharp eye for identifying title discrepancies, liens, and ownership changes during the search and review process.

Responsibilities include researching property records, examining deeds, preparing resale and closing documents, verifying notarization and closing

Competenze

• 1–3+ years of hands-on title research or title processing experience.
• Experience conducting title searches and reviewing complete chains of title.
• Ability to identify liens, ownership changes, encumbrances, and other title discrepancies.
• Experience preparing title, resale, or closing documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-directed, resourceful, and committed to accuracy and ethical business practices.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Research property records and conduct comprehensive title searches
• Review the complete chain of title and identify potential issues requiring further research or resolution
• Examine deeds and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare resale and closing documents, including CPR letters, settlement agreements, deeds, and notary instructions

• Review and process HOA fees, loans, check requests, and wire transfers associated with closings
• Maintain accurate transaction records in Voice and Salesforce

Title Research & Closing Specialist Have a background in title research and a sharp eye for detail? Take the next step in your career with this opportunity! TEWS is partnering with an established organization seeking a detail-oriented Title Research & Closing Specialist to support real estate resale and closing transactions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Orlando, FL (On-site) Pay: $19-$20/hour, depending on experience
