TEWS is seeking a Title Research & Closing Coordinator in Orlando, FL who will perform title searches, assess title chains, identify liens, and prepare closing documents. This role operates 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, in-office in Orlando, and pays around $18/hour.

You will conduct thorough searches, resolve title issues, verify deeds, and prepare resale and closing paperwork while ensuring proper notarization and HOA/payments are completed before closing.

• Experience conducting title searches and reviewing the complete chain of title.
• Ability to identify liens, ownership changes, encumbrances and other title issues.
• Experience preparing title and closing documents.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Strong work ethic, integrity and professional judgment.
• High School Diploma/GED
