Carvana is seeking dedicated Title and Registration Specialists to ensure smooth vehicle ownership transfers for customers. You will handle registrations, verify documents, and liaise with DMV and county offices in person at our market location in Cicero, IL.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative or data entry experience.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in-person (no remote work).

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with DMV and government offices in person and online.
• Update customer records with current information.
• Input and retrieve data from internal databases.
• Maintain detailed notes in the tracking system.
• Assist Specialists with customer follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.
