Job summary

Haven Title is seeking a Title Processor to support a small team in conducting thorough title searches, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will report to the Operations Manager and focus on precise record keeping, resolving title issues, and clear customer communication.

This role offers growth toward becoming a Title Closer while maintaining a no-travel environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of title processing experience and familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in title processing.
• Experience using Qualia title software.
• Notary Public license (preferred).
• Experience with title search, document review, and data entry.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to title processing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough title searches to verify property ownership and liens.
• Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data accurately into systems and maintain organized records.
