Job summary

Eastern National Title is seeking a Processor I to support processing of residential real estate transactions by opening files, preparing title and closing documents, and communicating with buyers, sellers, and lenders. This customer-facing role requires strong communication and attention to detail to ensure accurate, compliant closings.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience or training.
• Eligible to obtain Notary Public for the Associates work location.
• Experience in residential real estate transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and open files for residential real estate transactions.
• Communicate with the buyer, seller and lender during the closing process.
• Data entry relevant to Closing Disclosures/Settlement Statements and other required closing documents for residential properties.
• Work with Processor II or Processor III on a file from start to finish.
• Prepare title commitments and policies for lenders and borrowers/buyers.
• Electronically record original documents.
• Review post-closing documents for accuracy and completion.
• Disburse settlement funds and documents to proper parties in accordance with closing instructions.
• Assist in overflow of files. Provide coverage when needed.

The Processor I Will Be Responsible For The Following
