Job summary

Old Tampa Bay Title LLC is seeking a Title Processor to join our team. You will work closely with lenders to ensure the title is clear and obtain all necessary documentation and signatures for settlement.

The ideal candidate can multitask, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and understands real estate transactions, escrow, and mortgages. This role offers growth opportunities toward becoming a Title Closer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of titles, mortgages, escrow processes, and loans preferred.
• Ability to multitask and switch between multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everyone is on the sale page while maintaining strong professional relationships
• Verify all documentation, obtain signatures as required, and keep files organized throughout the entire transaction
• Monitor the status of the title and sale throughout the entire process, and communicate it appropriately with the clients
• Troubleshoot issues with the title, lender, or purchaser as they arise as to not slow the closing process at all
• Transmit all documentation to the lender as needed
