Job summary

ATLAS TITLE GROUP LLC in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Title Processor to join our team. You will work closely with lenders to ensure the title is clear, gather all documentation and signatures for settlement, and own the close of the sale.

The ideal candidate multitasks well, communicates effectively, and has strong knowledge of real estate transactions, escrow, and mortgages. You will verify documentation, maintain organized files, monitor title status, and troubleshoot issues to keep the closing

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior knowledge of titles, mortgages, escrow processes, and loans helpful.
• The ability to multitask and switch focus between multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everyone is on the sale page while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Verify all documentation, obtain signatures as required, and keep files organized throughout the entire transaction.
• Monitor the status of the title and sale throughout the entire process, and communicate it appropriately with the clients.
• Troubleshoot issues with the title, lender, or purchaser as they arise as to not slow the closing process at all.
• Transmit all documentation to the lender as needed.
