Role Description

The Title Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dearborn, MI. This role is responsible for managing the title process from order opening through closing, including reviewing title commitments, gathering and verifying documentation, and preparing closing files. Daily tasks include communicating with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers; clearing title issues; and ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and ready for closing. The Title Processor will also maintain detailed records, update internal systems, and support the closing team to meet tight deadlines while delivering consistent, professional service.
