Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado seeks a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative to intake, review, and process vehicle title documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role manages title transfers, lien releases, and loan servicing records while supporting collateral tasks and information requests.

Responsibilities include scanning and indexing documents, maintaining electronic and physical records, and ensuring retention policy adherence.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Imaging Systems processes and scanning equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vehicle title documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process title transfers and lien releases; maintain lien records.
• Manage loan servicing records: scan, index, and file electronically and physically.
• Assist with collateral tasks including insurance claims, GAP/warranty, and UCC lien releases.
• Respond to title document requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and state regulations; maintain confidentiality.
