Qualifications

• 3+ years of title closing experience or related practice.
• Must meet state licensing requirements- title producers license is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Real Estate agents, Loan officers, and clients.
• Conduct all phases of the Title process through Closing.
• Prepare title abstract and title opinion after conducting a title search.
• Check for real estate title defects after property search for title issues.
