Qualifications

• 1-year motor vehicle title processing experience and knowledge of DMV documentation required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional phone manner and computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.
• 2 Year Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process motor vehicle titles with precise accuracy and research titles to resolve issues within company timelines.
• Understand and follow state title processing guidelines.
• Interface with customers, sales team, credit department and DMV agencies to ensure titles are complete.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties in the documentation department.
• Assist with reception and other duties as assigned.
