High Octane Harley-Davidson in North Billerica, MA is seeking a DMV Specialist to manage titling for new, used, and wholesale units. You will work under the Controller, ensuring accurate, timely DMV transactions and related paperwork.

The role requires knowledge of DMV laws, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Excellent customer service, confidentiality, and multitasking in a busy dealership environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service background with phone and computer experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of DMV experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general email/internet.
• Experience using Google Drive apps including Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus.
• Certified or certifiable with CA DMV live scan (if applicable).
• Able to multitask and input data with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely manner.
• Prepares purchase and trade-in documentation.
• Contacts backs to obtain lien releases.
• Prepares tax and title documents.
• Prepares necessary paperwork for submission to the tag agency.
• Ensures the dealer’s tag and title work meets state requirements.
• Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles.
• Answer all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
• Negotiate through complex issues using DMV resources to achieve a positive customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
