Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a motivated individual to join the Centralized Title Group. The role focuses on reviewing vehicle titles to ensure compliance with state guidelines and underwriting titles from multiple acquisition platforms to guarantee negotiability and transfer across all 50 states.

You will apply underwriting guidelines, coordinate with DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to clear title encumbrances and support timely transfers, while maintaining accuracy across several

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with titles or high attention to detail is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on site with weekday availability 7am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure title and all supporting documents adhere to multi‑state rules for title acceptance.
• Partner and maintain effective communication with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors and dealerships to identify and resolve title encumbrances to transfer title to DriveTime customers.
• Adhere to internal requirements for specialized processing to support inventory movement.
• Audit and maintain the integrity of title movement through updates to ensure timely movement of titles and vehicles.
• Secure and maintain title documentation to guarantee timely distribution to dealerships, auctions, vendors and insurance companies.
• Learn and utilize Excel-based applications for daily workflow and multiple databases.
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
